We would like to inform you that according to agreement between Solidum AS and Inserv Projekt OÜ, dated 02.01.2007, the business activities of Solidum’s Technology Projects department and Latvian subsidiary Solidum SIA have been sold to Inserv Projekt OÜ.
Solidum AS shareholders Tere AS and Savisto Konsultatsiooni OÜ concluded an agreement that minority share holder Savisto Konsultatsiooni OÜ will emerge from Solidum AS since 01.01.07.
